No. Which levers come first depends on your starting point. Sometimes it begins with processes, sometimes with enablement. We recommend a sequence that fits your situation.
A lever is part of a wider system — it only delivers its full effect together with the others. Single measures often solve sub-problems; a lever model makes sure the solution carries in daily operations.
Our customers typically see initial impact within four to twelve weeks. Full anchoring of the system takes three to six months — depending on scope and pace of change.
Only if you want it to. We offer on-premises hosting on your own hardware as well as GDPR-compliant EU cloud options with servers in Germany or Austria.
The opposite is our goal. We document everything and enable your team to continue on their own. Support contracts are an offer, not a condition.
